BOBBY LYNN DENNEY

BOBBY LYNN DENNEY, 65 of Blountsville passed away Satur-

day, June 22, 2024, at his residence. He was born March 8, 1959, in Blount County, the son of Felton Eugene Denney and Geraldine Carroll Denney. He worked for the Housing Authority until his retirement and was also a taxidermist. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He married Pamela Diane Satterfield June 23, 1977.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Pam Denney; children: Dustin Denney, Shelly (Josh) Rigsby and Cody Denney; grandchildren: Reise and Aubrie Claire; sister: Betty Privett. He was preceded by his parents: Felton and Geraldine Denney and a brother: Johnny Denney.

Funeral Service was from 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Blountsville Funeral Home with Donny Yarbrough officiat- ing. The burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery, Blountsville Funeral Home directing.

Visitation was from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday at Blountsville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers: Dustin Denney, Cody Denney, Josh Rigsby, Nick NeSmith, John Lefeve and Mike Boatright.
