TOMMY WAYNE BRYANT

TOMMY WAYNE BRYANT, 73 of Blountsville passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at UAB Hospital. Tommy was born May 22, 1951, in Blount County the son of William David Bryant and Ruby Jo Carroll Bryant. He was a retired welder and enjoyed spending time working on his 1967 Chevy Chevelle.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Wood Bryant; daughter: Dawn Bryant Silas; grandchildren: Savannah Silas, Dylan Silas; grandchildren: Savannah Silas, Dylan Silas and Devon Silas; brothers: Ronnie Bryant, Johnny Bryant and Mike (Ruby) Bryant; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister: Betty Sisson.

Funeral Service was 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Blountsville Funeral Home with Rodney Bryant officiating. The burial was in Mt. Joy Cemetery, Blountsville Funeral Home directing. Visitation was from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers: Devon Silas, Dylan Silas, Aston Nolen, Dakota Wood, Chad Bryant, Dale Snodgrass, Alan McCoy and Lonnie Woodard.
