Margie Bromley

Margie Ruth Bromley, 81, of Blountsville, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024, at the Shepherd’s Cove Hospice facility in Albertville. Margie was born Feb, 20, 1942, in Blount County, the daughter of Edward L. Bromley and Sammie Lou Phillips Bromley. She retired from Blue Bell/Wrangler and was a devoted member of the Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church. She loved serving the Lord and her church family.

She is survived by sister, Bobbie Jean Ingle; brother, Robert Bromley (Patricia); two nieces and four nephews; a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. She was preceded by her parents; sisters Louise Witt and Eula Mae Bromley.

The funeral service was at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, at Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Derreck Lowery, Bro. Eric Stone, and Bro. Michael Floyd officiating. The burial was in Fowler Springs Cemetery with Blountsville Funeral Home directing. Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday at Blountsville Funeral Home.
