Thomas Ray Fulmer

Thomas Ray Fulmer, 72 of Blountsville passed away Friday, April 18, 2025, at his residence. Ray was born September 13, 1952, in Jefferson County, the son of Dewey Fulmer and Frances Thompson Fulmer. He was a 1970 graduate of Cleveland High School and a retired Truck Driver. 

He is survived by his wife of 45 years: Diane Allred Fulmer; children: Melinda Sloan (Tracy), Shawn Jacques (Tabitha), Lisa Riggins, Michelle Fulmer (Dustin), Joseph Riggens, Joshua King and  Amber Walker (Chayse); fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; sisters: Gail Johnson (Billy Joe) and Marilyn Blackwood (Jimmy); brothers: Randy Fulmer (Joyce), Jack Fulmer and David Fulmer (Lisa); host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. 

Funeral Service was 2 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at Blountsville Funeral Home. The burial was in Mulberry Cemetery, Blountsville Funeral Home directing. Visitation was from noon untill 2 p.m. Monday at Blountsville Funeral Home. 

Pallbearers: Joshua King, Joseph Riggins, Taylor Duncan, T. J. Sloan, Taylor Sloan, Shawn Jacques, Dustin Hill and Chayse Walker.
