D.L. BRYANT

D.L. BRYANT, age 91, of Cleveland, passed away on Oct. 19, 2024.

D.L. served in the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Knox. He also served in the Korean War from 1951 to 1952. Later, he went on to become and work as a carpenter, and continued on throughout his life.

He is preceded in death by parents Bill D. and Flora Phillips Bryant; children Bill Karl Bryant and Martha Diane Barnhart; daugh- ter-in-law Margie Bryant; siblings Little Bud, Marie Bryant Thomas (Jerry), and James Rufus Bryant; broth- er-in-law Pete Hogland.

He is survived by children Larry Ray Bryant (Carolyn), Wayne Bryant, David Lawerence Bryant (Judylynn), Timothy Allen Downs (Renae), and Donna Lynn Bryant-Tucker; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-grea- grand- children; siblings Annie Ruth Hogland, Flonez Hutchens (Billy), and Annie Sue Robertson (Eddie); sister-in-law Rachel Bryant.

The family received friends on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, at Lemley Funeral Home from noon until 2 p.m. A 2:30 p.m. graveside ser- vice followed at Mt. Joy Cemetery. Asked to serve as pallbearers were Tyler Bryant, David Bryant Jr., Derek Bryant, Kenneth Bryant, Todd Phillips, Ethan McDerment, and Brant Hutchens (Honorary).
