ALICE FAYE WALKER VICK

ALICE FAYE WALKER VICK age 78 of Oneonta, AL., passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. She was born to the late JC and Emma Walker on March 27, 1946. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She retired from nursing in 1999. She and her husband started Vick Gamebirds in 1996 and retired from that in 2021.

Faye loved traveling around the United States with her husband, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband Marvin Vick Jr.; son Seth and Jania Vick; daughter Regina and Julio Vargas; her grandchildren Carly Battles, Grace Battles, Vick Vargas, Lili Vargas, Walker Vick, and JC Vargas; sister Linda Ellison; sister-in-law Earlene Hudson; and brother-in-law Jack and Charlotte Vick; and a host of nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents J.C. and Emma Walker; brothers Don and Joe Walker; sisters Betty Andrews, Bobbie Culwell, Marie Jolly, and Connie Hunter.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, at 11a.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Snead. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Grace Baptist Church.
