JOHN UEL INGRAM, 74

JOHN UEL INGRAM, 74, of Susan Moore passed away Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Marlene Collins Ingram; his children, Kirk Ingram (Kristen), Brian Ingram (Abby) and JB Priest (Kaila); his grandchildren Kirsten & Ty Ingram, Preslie & Brinklie Ingram, Bryson Priest, Braiden Priest, Kenleigh Epperson, Case Epperson & Carlee Lowe; siblings Judy Ivins (John), Stella Herring (Lyle), Dale Ingram (Kathy) and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Mother, Edna Saye Ingram and his Father Uel Husky Ingram; his sister Marcia Ingram.

Johnny was a dedicated employee to Goodyear for 38 years before retiring. He once worked 65 days in a row. He loved watching Alabama football, listening to the Hornet Network & the Bulldog Network on WCRL. Football Saturdays were spent in the Bone Shack with his boys. He loved working outdoors with his hands, gardening, canning food and spending time with his children & grandchildren.

Johnny’s family will be having a Celebration of Life at Mt. Carmel FCM church, in Old Snead, on October 13 from 2-4.
