Shirley Ann Mikle Lybrand

Shirley Ann Mikle Lybrand, 80, of Altoona, Ala., passed away on July 15, 2024. Shirley was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Snead, Ala.

She is preceded in death by husband W.J. Lybrand; parents Grady and Earline Berryhill Mikle; brother Jerry Mikle; sister-in-law Pat Mikle. She is survived by daughters Wanda Box (Wesley) and Sherry Porch (Andrew); grandchildren Hannah Pelt (Matt), Trint Box, Ezekiel Box, Hunter Porch, and Holly Porch; step-grandson Michael Box; brothers Danny (Sue) and Jimmy Mikle; sister-in-law Faye Mikle.

A graveside service was held at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 beginning at 10:30 a.m. with Bro. Bric Latham presiding. Burial followed. Asked to serve as pallbearers were Matt Pelt, Trint Box, Drake Hodges, Bobby Johnson, Michael Box, and Kane Lochamy.
